Less than 300 days until the first game from the Rugby World Cup 2011 and the last participant in the competition still has to be decided. For the moment, the pools for the New Zealand RWC 2011 look like:

The first game was played in Uruguay and finished 21:21

On 27th of November, this Satuday, a decisive play-off between the teams of Romania and Uruguay will be played and the team to win it will play in New Zealand next year. As you can see from the video above, the first game, played in Montevideo, Uruguay, finished 21:21, so now both team have a great chance to qualify for the Rugby World Cup 2011 finals.

We will have a XVs game with quite an interesting team – The Big Stones from Netherlands. Of course as usual we need all the players and supporters we can find to strengthen the Misfits and we expect the emotions to be as HIGH as always.

The game starts at 12.00h at NSA ground (players must come at least 1 hour earlier) and after it, following the rugby rules, we’ll have a third half drinking beer and watching the game between NSA and Berkovitsa from the Bulgarian Rugby Championship.

What is the common between drunk pirate, spooky magician and a big green monster – they all can be part of the Murphy’s Misfits drinking team for the special Halloween pub crawl the club is organizing. All players, supporters and wives are invited – there are only a few rules:

1. You have to wear some kind of a costume.
2. You have to drink as much as you can.
3. Dying is not allowed, just be an alcohol zombie.
4. Don’t separate from the group, creepy things can happen on Halloween!

Предстои ни мач с доста интересен отбор – The Big Stones от Холандия. Разбира се, както всеки път, така и сега се нуждаем от максимално много играчи и поддръжници, които да ни подсилят. Всички очакваме емоциите да са на обичайното ВИСОКО ниво. ______________________

Мачът започва в 12:00 часа на терените на НСА (за всички играчи поне 1 час по-рано), а след него, спазвайки ръгби традициите, ще имаме и трето полувреме с много бира и ще гледаме мачът между отборите на НСА и Берковица от българския ръгби шампионат.

Halloween Pub Crawl - 30.10.2010

Какво е общото между пиян пират, зловещ магьосник и голямо зелено чудовище? Всички те могат да са част от отбора по надпиване на Мърфис Мисфитс в пъб кроула* който клуба организира по случай Хелоуин. Всички играчи, фенове, приятели, приятелки и съпруги са поканени – само има няколко правила:

1. Облечи си специален костюм (една маска също ще свърши работа).
2. Бъди готов да пиеш повече, отколкото можеш.
3. Припадането не е позволено, просто бъди алкохолно зомби.
4. Не се отделяй от групата, опасни неща могат да се случат на Хелоуин!

Okey everybody it`s about time to decide if we are going to participate in the beach rugby tournament in Varna or not.

The info – 15th of august sunday, Central beach Varna, teams of 4 people, modified varna beach rugby rules (it means we will learn the rules there), unlimited number of teams and no participation fee.

There will be mostly teams created from the Varna RC Men’s and juniors’. There is a possibility if we are enough men and if we want to organize a 15-a-side game on saturday.

It`s little too late to book a place to stay for those people that don`t have relatives and friends (most of you told me that) in Varna but if you`re quick I`ll try to do my magic.

So, what I want now from you is to tell me or any of the committee members either in the comments here or on e-mail or whatever if you are coming for sure and if you need a place to stay… i want firm and final answers. We are starting to prepare a list and collect money.
