A program of the Milan rugby festival 2010 for the Misfits :

• Friday June 4th:

9:00 am – meeting at Terminal 1 of Sofia airport. Wear the newest (blue) team T-shirts.

12:15 pm – a coach will wait for us at Bergamo airport and will transfer us to Cernusco.

9:15 pm – disco music

• Saturday June 5th

9:20 am to 4:00 pm – Pool games

9:30 pm – Superhero party

• Sunday June 6th

9 am to 5 pm – Knock-out games and Finals

5:30 pm – Award ceremony and farewell party

9:00 pm – Live music

• Monday June 7th

12:35 pm – Flight for Sofia

The song of the tournament this year will be Volare by Domenico Modugno. Everyone is advised to have a good knowlegde of music and lyrics.

Entrance fee – 20 euro per person.
Plane tickets – we travel with wizz air, so as soon as book them, they are cheaper. Now the ticket from Sofia is 80 lv and the one for the return – 40 lv. It isn’t checked how is the situation with the luggage, so there may come up some more expenses.
3 passings (friday, saturday and sunday) – 30 euro per night, a total of 90 euro. The organizators also offer a free camp, but we have to bring our own tents, sleeping bags etc.
In total it is approximately 350 leva if you sleep in a hotel and 150 leva if you choose the camp.

We are going to play Rugby 10, but you don’t have to be a player to come with us, supporters are more than welcome! Please, sign up below until this Saturday, 20-th of February if you would like to take part in the trip. After this Saturday’s training at NSA we are going to have a meeting to make things clear and have a final list of the people coming.

На 5-ти и 6-ти юни ще се проведе ръгби фестивал в Милано. Ще пътуваме със самолет, като излитаме на 4-ти юни, петък, а се прибираме на 7-ми, понеделник. Засега цените изглеждат така :

Такса за участиe – 20 евро на човек.
Самолетни билети – ще пътуваме с wizz air, колкото по-рано ги запазим толкова по-евтини ще са. В момента билета от София е 80 лв, а този от Милано – 40. Не е проверено как стоят нещата с багажа, затова може да се появят допълнителни разходи.
3 нощувки (петък, събота и неделя) – 30 евро на нощ, общо 90 евро.

Организаторите предлагат и безплатен къмпинг, единствено е нужно ние да си носим палатки, спални чували и т.н.

Грубо, общата цена е 350 лв. ако се спи на хотел и 150 лв. ако използваме къмпинга.

Ще играем ръгби 10, но не е необходимо да сте играч, за да пътувате с нас, фенове и приятели са повече от добре дошли! Моля, запишете се по-долу до тази събота, 20-ти февруари ако смятатe да идвате. Тази седмица след съботната среща ще направим среща за доуточняване на подробностите и ще се направи списък с всички, които ще пътуват.
